Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 78 hours prior to the check-in time will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 78 hours before check-in will incur a one-day retention charge.
No-Shows: Considered as a last-minute cancellation. One day’s room charge will be retained.
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Bank processing delays may vary depending on your payment provider.
During peak seasons or public holidays, stricter cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.
Changes to booking dates are permitted subject to availability and may involve rate changes.
Any modification requested within 78 hours of check-in will be treated under the same terms as a cancellation.
